We would go to one of the many waterfalls/state parks, and enjoy the scenery, get a good hike in, do some random geocaching and get to know one another, grab a bite to eat on the way home.

Keep it light , fun and simple a walk through the park on a nice day is perfect . Some food maybe a picnic . Fresh air . Some wine . some fruit . Just us . Kicking it with good convo
